ACE CMM Fixtures are designed, fabricated, and built using years of dimensional metrology knowledge to create a product which offers maximum allowable part accessibility while maintaining necessary part rigidity.

Most of our fixtures offer measurement of necessary part datums so that the fixture is not used for the alignment or measurement of the part.

Fixtures that are required to have designated clamp locations on the part datums to hold the part in a clamped or fixed state are the possible exception to this. 

We also offer an inexpensive and quick solution for the fixturing of smaller parts by creating fixturing via rapid prototyping.  We design the fixture in CAD, and can create the fixture overnight.  See our rapid prototyping section for more information on this.
