ACE has an extensive background in CMM probe tooling and CMM fixturing.  Because of our internal ability to design these components, we can increase quality and turn-around while decreasing price by not using outside sources to supply the design and drawing portions of the hardware development process.

 

We create our design concepts in 3D space using Solidworks.  Here we can do simulation and testing to assure collision avoidance and design integrity.  After customer design approval, we can complete the designing process by completing individual detail drawings, assembly drawings, and the bill of materials.

 

From our prints, we can have the hardware fabricated and built.   

 

We also are proficient in AutoCAD for customers who require drawings to be supplied in AutoCAD format.
